Step 1:<\/strong> Download the Zwift workout<\/p>\n\n\n\n Download the custom Zwift workout in .zwo format to your local computer. Modern browsers download files to the Downloads folder by default. You can find the Downloads folder a few ways:<\/p>\n\n\n\nStart > File Explorer > This PC > Download<\/code><\/li>
Windows key + R<\/code><\/strong> then type
