Three workouts per week, and each workout is on average 60-75 minutes long.

Workouts are shared via Final Surge. You will receive a Premium account with your membership.

Workouts are compatible with Zwift, Roovy, Garmin, Wahoo, and similar platforms.

No. You may sign up for a single month or several months, it’s up to you! You may also upgrade/downgrade plans at any time.

No, it is for anyone looking to improve their eating habits and overall well-being.

Not at all! Many of our athletes are new to cycling and/or new to training.

YES, you need either a power meter, a smart trainer, or any trainer compatible with Zwift.
